We have a firm commitment to privacy.  We will never distribute your information to a third party.

What information do we collect?

  • We will only collect information from you if you purchase a voucher or make a booking.
  • When ordering a voucher we will collect your name, telephone number, email or postal address, and where you heard about us.
  • When making a booking on your behalf, we will only collect your name, telephone and email address.

What do we use your information for?

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in the following ways:

  • To send you the ordered gift voucher and process your transaction.
  • To send you further special offers (maximum of 4 emails per year, you will be provided with the option of unsubscribing within the email).
  • To improve customer service.

Purchase, Payment and Refund Terms?

  • All gift vouchers must be fully paid for before being issued.
  • Refunds can be issued if notified within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Expired vouchers can be used once an extension fee has been paid.
  • All upgrades must be paid before a upgrade flight can be booked, unless otherwise organised beforehand.
  • If a booked flight is missed or less than 24 hours notification is given, your voucher is forfeited. You can reactivate a voucher by paying a reactivation fee.
  • Vouchers can be transferred to another name anytime, just contact us to arrange.

Confirmation of Payment and Flight Booking Times?

  • Once you have completed your payment a Voucher is emailed to you immediately, if you do not receive one within 2 hours please contact us.
  • All flight bookings will receive a confirmation email shortly after booking and a reminder email 48 hours prior to the session time.
  • All bookings are free (we pay those fees).

How do we protect your information?

  • We don’t hold any credit card information on our servers here at Jet Flight Simulator Adelaide.
  • Any credit card information offered by phone for the purchase of a voucher is destroyed immediately after processing, credit cards are processed by our bank ANZ.
  • Vouchers purchased online are processed securely by Stripe and Paypal.

ON THE DAY

~ There’s no need to bring your booking confirmation or voucher on the day.

~ Try to arrive 5 minutes early, so that you don’t miss out on any flying time.

~ If you wear glasses, bring them along.

~ If you would like to take your experience home, we can record your session on an SD Card for $30. You can purchase your recording on the day, just mention this to the pilot when you walk in.

~ We have 3 seats at the back of the simulator for family and friends to watch, they can take photos if you wish.


AMENDING YOUR BOOKING

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. You’re free to amend your booking up to 24 hours prior to your flight, amendments or cancellations after this time will attract a fee of $30 to reschedule.
